I really enjoyed this, despite the subject. It hit home. I’ve lost several managers and friends in the last couple of years. Yet here I am, still standing. And also wondering when it will be my turn, or when it will be time for my best work friends to go. It sucks living in fear. That’s why I’m building my exit also. I’ve had too many signs that it’s time to go. I’m listening to them.
